The organic Darjeeling FTGFOP tea comes from the organic Makaïbari plantation in the Great Darjeeling Gardens where the tea is grown according to the Organic farming principles and which respect Fair Trade principles.
This tea is cultivated with particular care and is picked on the first harvesting of the year 2024 just after the long winter months. The buds and the 2 first leaves only were picked up. It gives some fresh almond notes and a fresh vegetal taste.
Long in the mouth, this tea has a very fruity taste without any bitterness. Its liquor has a beautiful coppery colour. It is an exceptional Darjeeling!
