très doux, une agréable présence en bouche tout en ayant un très grande douceur : donne l'impression d'avoir été un tout petit peu sucré sans en avoir le côté écoeurant un thé parfait pour toute heure de la journée, surtout en fin de journée si on y est sensible facile à boire et permettant une initiation en douceur aux thés verts japonais très surprenant pour ceux qui n'en ont pas l'habitude - aucune amertune et pourtant la " complétude " d'un umami
