Description

Every month, we present a selection of references in discovery format. This month, we celebrate the cradle of tea (China) on the occasion of the Chinese New Year (January 29, 2025), with this selection of four colors of tea from Chinese provinces renowned for the quality of their terroirs.

It contains :

- 10g of organic “Pai Mu Tan”: this white tea with delicate vegetable hints, is hand-picked in Fujian.

- 10g of organic “Grand Jasmin”: a Yunnan green tea delicately infused with fresh jasmine flowers.

- 10g of organic “Keemun”: a black tea from Anhui with full-bodied chocolate notes and no bitterness.

- 10g of organic “Pu Erh”: this fermented tea from Yunnan is prized as much for its virtues as for its unique taste.

Préparation

Each sachet can infuse approximately 1 liter of water.

Temperature of Infusion

70°C for white tea, 80°C for green tea, 90°C for black tea, 100°C for dark tea.

Infusion time

3 min for green tea, 4 min for black and dark tea, 5 min for white tea

Quantity

3 g / 30 cl

4 échantillons (chacun de 10 g( thé blanc, thé vert ,thé noir/rouge , thé sombre /pu erh shu) ce qui représente différents terroirs pour appréhender les thés chinois pour ceux qui découvre les thés de Chine.
