Description

Discovered during Arnaud DHENIN’s last trip to Taiwan, its long leaves are twisted and it is lightly oxydized. It then undergoes a nice roasting, which gives it, in addition to the vegetal and flowery notes, hints of honey and roasted chestnut. Its golden liquor possesses a fine astringency that gives it a nice long finish. A little wonder!
