Taiwanese oolong tea with notes of cooked fruit
Ingrédients
Oolong tea from TaiwanDescription
Harvested at an altitude of 300 m., this Taiwanese-grown tea is oxidized and roasted for a long time, bringing its taste closer to that of a black tea.
Its texture is round and silky. Highly oxidized (80-90%), it reveals lovely notes of prune and greedy cooked fruit. Its smooth amber liquor lends itself to re-infusion to reveal all its facets.
It comes from the cultivar used for Milky oolong, famous for its unctuous, gourmand notes.
Its leaves are finely rolled into small pearls. A rich grand cru, not to be missed.
