This tea comes from the Sakimidori cultivar. This first harvest of spring 2024 has not been shaded: it presents beautiful vegetal and mineral notes on a smooth texture with a persistent umami flavor. It comes from the town of Kirishima, on the island of Kyushu, in Kagoshima prefecture, renowned for its organic teas.
