Discovering white teas

Description

White tea is intriguing: rare and precious, it is often overlooked in our latitudes. Composed mostly of tea buds, and sometimes of the two youngest leaves that accompany it on the young shoots of spring, it is one of the most prestigious and singular tea families in terms of aroma. During this workshop, you'll discover different facets of white tea and its history through the tasting of exceptional teas from four different terroirs: China, Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. Particularly refreshing, white tea is a good choice when temperatures rise. During this workshop, we'll even brew an iced version of one of our 4 white teas!
