Exceptional white teas

Description

Discover the white tea family through a tasting of 4 exceptional teas from different terroirs:

- White tea from Korea
- Pathivara Nepal
- White tea from Vietnam
- Laos White Tea Galette

This is the tea family for which the harvest undergoes the least processing. This means we're as close as possible to the freshly harvested tea leaf. BUT just because there are fewer steps involved doesn't mean that white tea is any easier to make! On the contrary, this family requires perfect mastery of the environment (climate, weather, plucking) to reveal the full potential of the tea leaves!

During this workshop, you'll taste four of our finest white teas, and have the opportunity to ask our expert any questions you may have to deepen your knowledge of white tea.
