Description
It's the perfect time of year to try smoked teas, which give off that cozy, fireplace-like atmosphere. Lapsang Souchong, smoked with pine root, may be the best-known, but it's not the only one. Other countries have developed other tea-smoking traditions, using local woods to give their teas a distinctive color. Have you ever tasted teas smoked with bamboo or guava wood? Now's your chance!
