Description

Explore with Ronane the different types of ceramics and earthenware (glazed or porous “memory” teapots, Yixing, Tokoname...) as well as the differences between teapot and Gaiwan by experimenting with both tools on the same type of tea. The idea is to become aware of how clay infusion equipment can influence the taste of tea, in the same way as water or infusion parameters, so as to refine your practice and choose your equipment in an enlightened way.
