Discovering Gong Fu Cha

Description

Discover the traditional Chinese ritual of Gong Fu Cha with this two-part workshop:

- For 40 minutes, Charlotte gives you the theoretical basics, prepares a tea with you and introduces you to the utensils and gestures. She answers all your questions to help you tame this meditative technique, which gives you a profound experience of tea tasting.

- During the second part of the workshop, you'll choose a lightly brewed tea (perfect at the end of the day) from a Taiwanese oolong or a dark shu tea, and can practice and experiment on your own, with Charlotte's help to guide and assist you in your practice. You'll enjoy the calm, meditative atmosphere of our counter after closing, undisturbed by the hustle and bustle of store life, so you can concentrate fully. A truly beneficial and rejuvenating moment.
