Description
In Vietnam, the tradition of blending tea and flowers is an ancient and rich savoir-faire, once reserved for teas drunk by emperors. During this workshop, you'll taste Vietnamese teas scented by hand using the ancient enfleurage technique, which naturally perfumes the tea when it comes into contact with fresh flowers. On the program: enfleurage teas with jasmine, grapefruit blossom and lotus.
