Bai Mu Dan des Fées comes from the same wild tea tree in the mountains of northern Vietnam as our other “fairy teas.” This wild tree produces teas with a rich aroma, combining strength and delicacy. Harvested by hand, this white tea is dried slowly in the sun, without rolling or fermentation. Its large, dark leaves contrast with its white downy buds.
In the cup, it reveals floral, honeyed and fruity flavors reminiscent of cane sugar, underscored by a delicate buttery note. Its clear liquor offers a creamy texture. Without any bitterness, it is a tea of great purity.
