New formula: Tea & chocolate pairings with Ursa Major

NEW FORMULA - In collaboration with the chocolatiers at Ursa Major.

Our classic “tea & chocolate” workshop has been completely revamped to offer you a new and exclusive experience. Impressed by the creativity, expertise, and quality of the chocolates made by our neighbors at Ursa Major (the boutique-workshop run by three sisters is located at 75 rue Sedaine in the 11th arrondissement, just a few steps from our counter), we have designed a unique culinary journey with them.

Each participant in this workshop will receive a “Solar System” box containing 10 chocolate stars (dark, milk, ganache, praline, etc.) made using exclusive, refined recipes inspired by the Sun, Moon, and eight planets. In the presence of one of the creators of these exceptional chocolates, the tasting will be an opportunity to pair these little cosmic works of art with a selection of our best teas. The pairings are designed to play on flavors, textures, contrasts, surprises... and to familiarize you with the techniques of tasting and creating food/tea pairings.
