This Japanese Sencha Yabukita 2025 is a premium green tea from the Yabukita cultivar, which gives the tea fresh, lively vegetal notes, a cereal undertone and some iodine. The 2025 vintage gives a great impression of freshness, evoking chlorophyll, complemented by the iodized notes typical of the cultivar, with a particularly pleasant sweetness this year.
It is grown according to the principles of Organic Agriculture on the island of Kyushu, in Kagoshima prefecture, by our partner producer M.Nishi.
It can be infused at least 3 times. 1st infusion: 1'15 / second infusion 5 seconds / third infusion 5 seconds.
Arnaud Dhenin's advice: "Don't hesitate to vary infusion temperatures to reveal all the facets of this Yabukita. At 60°C, its round, unctuous texture stands out, while at 70°C, it reveals more vivacity, more vegetal notes and a fine astringency that marks its character."
