Korean organic green teaDescription
This organic fresh green tea is grown on Jeju-do Island. It has cut grass and seaweed hints, with roasted cereals flavours.
Its leaves are gently twisted leaves and are harvested between April and May. The Jeju-do Island is a preserved area, protected by UNESCO programs. The volcanic soil combined to surrounding sea breeze gives this tea marine flavours and soft nut hints.
It is manufactured both like a Japanese green tea (steamed) and like a Chinese one (roasted). This original process makes a tea just in between these two styles, both truly green and gentle, not bitter at all.
A great pick for a morning tea, unconventional and invigorating.
