The organic tea Hojicha is a japanese green tea that has been roasted. During the roasting process, the flat leaves are roasted on high temperature coal. The roasted process gives to this tea a woody aroma with a slightly roasted taste. Thanks to its low theine rate, you can drink the organic Hojicha tea in the evening.
