Buckwheat infusion
Ingrédients
Roasted buckwheat seeds*. *From organic farmingDescription
These buckwheat seeds (also called "black wheat" in France) are organically grown in Brittany (France). They are then roasted by hand.
This recipe originates from Japan: the name "Sobacha" comes from the Japanese "soba" (buckwheat) and "cha" (tea). It is traditionally drunk every day in the Archipelago. It naturally contains neither gluten nor theine.
By infusing these seeds in hot water, we obtain a clear and thirst-quenching light yellow drink with flavors reminiscent of dried fruits (hazelnuts, chestnuts...), buckwheat pancakes and toast. Looking for a version with a stronger roasted taste? Try our Japanese Sobacha.
Completely edible, you can appreciate their typical taste in cooking by sprinkling them on your soups, salads, muesli, salty and sweet dishes... Perfect to reuse the grains after infusion, in a zero waste logic!
Rich in fiber and antioxidants, buckwheat grains also contain minerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium) and are thus very remineralizing: ideal to help you overcome a fatigue stroke.
Don't hesitate to try our organic Sobacha Breton in an iced version or even sweetened with a touch of honey or agave syrup.
