Discovering and practicing Gong Fu Cha

Description

Gong Fu Cha, literally “the art of tea” in Chinese, is an ancient method of preparing tea that encourages a gentle, sensory approach to bring out the best in each tea and appreciate every gesture and moment of the tasting experience. We will introduce you to the utensils, their symbolism, the techniques, and the proper movements, then invite you to experiment to establish your own personal ritual and appreciate all the facets of your chosen tea.
