Cheese & Tea pairing workshop

Description

The tea paires perfectly with the cheese tasting, it offers a wide aromatic palette and many textures that sublimate the taste of cheese! We propose in this workshop the discovery of pairing between teas and cheeses.

Surprising, audacious or harmonious.

We have selected 6 teas and 6 cheeses for a sensory journey between two local products. We will teach you simple tasting techniques and discuss each other's perceptions.

The idea is also to share a good time in a playful and relaxed spirit!

The cheeses tasted were selected by Julien Hazard.

This workshop lasts approximately 1h30 to 2h, we will be happy to answer all your questions and share this moment of tasting.
