From Sencha drunk throughout the day to Hôjicha shared in the evening, from humble and nourishing Genmaïcha to the rarer Wakōcha, born from a Japanese perspective on black tea. A workshop like a sensory journey: simple gestures, agricultural landscapes, seasons, and the discreet way the Japanese make tea a companion for every moment.
