Cultivar: Da Ye Zhong
Harvest: April 2025 - first harvest
Production method: Twisted leaves, rich in buds, sustained roasting.
Distinctive features: Spring tea.
Aromatic profile: balanced and elegant, finely roasted, beautiful spring freshness, notes reminiscent of aromatic herbs, honeysuckle and sorrel. Round, silky texture, with good presence on the palate. Very little astringency.
Our advice: vary the infusion parameters to obtain a fuller-bodied or lighter tea to suit your taste.
Préparation
Gong Fu Cha: 2g at 80°C, 1 to 2 min for the 1st, 30 sec. to 1 min for the 2nd, then gradually increase infusion time.You may also like
