Description
Organic Japanese black tea from a small family plantation on the island of Kyushu.
This tea was produced by our small partner producer Shutaro, and is from the benifuki cultivar (grape variety). It reveals a lovely aromatic complexity with woody and fruity notes (muscat grape, plum) and a pleasant velvety texture. A sweet spicy touch and a long finish. Unique.
One of its particularities is that it can be infused in Kyusu like a Japanese sencha green tea 1st infu 1'30 / 2nd 10"/ 3rd 10".
