Description

This organic Pai Mu Tan white tea is also called “Bai Mu Dan”. It has the name of one of the most beautiful Chinese flowers : the white peony. It is the traditional beverage of Chinese emperors. It is composed with an ending bud and two young shoots. It is hand-picked only in the spring in the Chinese area of Fudijan in a certified Organic Farming cooperative. Its liquor is light orange and you can brew it up to 3 times. Origin: China Infusion time: 7 to 20 min. Quantity: 3 g / 30 cl Temperature : 70°C to 80°C Theine content: Very low Organic certified by Bureau Veritas FR-BIO-10
