This organic Pai Mu Tan white tea is also called “Bai Mu Dan”. It has the name of one of the most beautiful Chinese flowers : the white peony. It is the traditional beverage of Chinese emperors. It is composed with an ending bud and two young shoots. It is hand-picked only in the spring in the Chinese area of Fujian in a certified Organic Farming cooperative. Its liquor is light orange and you can brew it up to 3 times.
