Blind Tasting

Description

What if your senses were playing tricks on you? Can you really “recognize” a tea? What happens when you can no longer see the color of the liquor or the name on the label?

This experimental workshop challenges our assumptions: we invite you to discover tea in a different way, through a series of blind tastings. From recognizing the main families to the subtleties of terroirs, let your senses—not your knowledge—guide you.

A sensory journey to question our perceptions and rediscover tea in all its complexity.
