A unique green tea from South Korea, produced entirely by hand by Yun-seok, which gives off fresh vegetal (cooked vegetables) and mineral notes, with a very gentle hint of light roasting. The texture is unctuous and the balance of flavors perfect. A pure marvel.
It comes from a family plantation, started in the 70s by Yun-Seok's grandparents, who first left to train and perfect their knowledge of tea in Japan. The tea is harvested in spring in the heights of Mount Jirisan, from which the tea takes its name, the country's most sacred mountain, aptly nicknamed "the mountain where fools grow wise".
