Description
Marked with the lotus flower seal, a symbol of Vietnamese identity, this 2017 dark Sheng (raw) tea is produced by the Dzao ethnic group in Northern Vietnam within the Cao Bo cooperative. It is an imperial plucking (one leaf, 1 bud) from ancient tea bushes, processed by hand.
It offers woody, earthy, sweet notes, with accents reminiscent of cinnamon, undergrowth and mushrooms.
