Attention, exceptional tea: beautifully named "bamboo dew" ("Jukro" in Korean), this highly singular tea is produced by Mr. Cho. Harvested in Hadong - one of South Korea's most prestigious tea-growing areas - high up on Mount Jirisan in spring only, this tea unfurls a palette of gourmet, surprisingly sweet and caramelized flavors, strongly reminiscent of cocoa, vanilla and praline.
The leaves are fine and finely rolled, and the caramel-tinged liquor is full-bodied and mellow on the palate. An exceptional tasting experience.
